Hi, I’m Catherine Johnson

My Approach

I believe counseling is a powerful step toward healing and clarity. My goal is to meet you right where you are and walk with you toward where you want to be. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy to help you identify unhelpful patterns, build healthier ways of thinking and relating, and rediscover hope. Much of my work centers on strengthening communication skills, setting healthy boundaries, and helping clients deepen self-worth.

My approach is both supportive and practical, giving you tools you can carry into daily life.

Next Steps

Taking the first step toward counseling can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth, healing, and greater confidence in who you are.
