This policy applies only to the Deeper Well website and educational platform.

Licensed counseling services and protected health information (PHI) are handled separately through our respective clinical practice websites and are governed by applicable HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

We do not collect or store clinical records or protected health information (PHI) on this website.

If you are redirected to a clinician’s separate practice website for counseling services, different privacy policies and HIPAA protections apply.

8. HIPAA & Clinical Services Boundary

Deeper Well is primarily an educational and coaching platform.

If you engage in licensed counseling services through one of our clinicians, you will be directed to a separate clinical website. All protected health information (PHI), informed consent documents, and confidentiality agreements are handled through that platform and governed by HIPAA and applicable state law.

This website does not store or process PHI.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as:

  • Squarespace (website hosting and payments)

  • Email marketing platforms

  • Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics)

These providers may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We encourage reviewing their policies directly.
