Licensed counseling services are offered only through separate clinical practice websites and are governed by separate agreements and privacy notices.

3. Eligibility

4. Account Responsibility
If you create an account:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to share, transfer, or distribute your access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through Squarespace and its integrated payment processors.
By purchasing services, you agree:
To provide accurate billing information
That you are authorized to use the payment method provided
That you will not initiate fraudulent chargebacks
We do not store full credit card information.
6. Refund Policy (Important)
Because our offerings include digital content and intellectual property, the following policies apply:
A. Digital Products & Downloads
All sales of digital products, downloadable resources, and online course materials are final
Once access is granted or content is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
B. Self-Paced Courses
Enrollment in self-paced courses is non-refundable.
Due to immediate access to proprietary materials, no refunds will be provided after purchase.
C. Membership Programs (If Applicable)
If you enroll in a recurring membership:
You may cancel future billing at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation prevents future charges only.
No prorated refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
D. Coaching Services
If coaching services are offered as a package:
Payment reserves your time and scheduling availability.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase, provided no coaching session has occurred.
Once a coaching session has been conducted, fees are non-refundable.
Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited.
E. Automatic Renewal & Recurring Billing
If you enroll in a subscription-based membership or recurring program, you agree that:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, annually, or as selected at checkout).
Your payment method on file will be automatically charged at the start of each renewal period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
The renewal rate will be the same as the initial rate unless otherwise disclosed in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date.
Cancellation prevents future charges only.
No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for partial billing periods.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these automatic renewal terms.
F. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Deeper Well to resolve the issue may result in:
Immediate termination of access
Permanent removal from future services
Collection efforts where applicable
We are committed to fair resolution and encourage written communication prior to payment disputes.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to:
Text
Logos
Branding
Frameworks
Worksheets
Course materials
Videos
Graphics
is the exclusive property of Deeper Well and is protected by copyright law.
Purchase grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license.
You may not:
Share login credentials
Distribute materials
Teach using proprietary frameworks
Reproduce or resell content
Record, copy, or republish course materials
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
8. No Guarantee of Results
We provide educational tools and coaching guidance based on professional experience and research. However:
Results vary
Outcomes are not guaranteed
Success depends on individual application and circumstances
9. Coaching Disclaimer
Coaching services are educational and growth-oriented in nature.
They:
Do not include diagnosis
Do not treat mental health disorders
Are not psychotherapy
Clinical services are available only through separate agreements via licensed practice websites.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:
Deeper Well shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deeper Well and its owners from any claims arising from misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or unauthorized distribution of materials.
12. Third-Party Services
